Primary Mastery Specialist Programme
Summary
Mastery Specialists are classroom practitioners who develop expertise in the mastery approach to teaching maths. Through rigorous and interactive training, they become experts in introducing and embedding mastery. After first developing a mastery approach in their own classrooms, they go on to support colleagues in their own and other schools.

Professional Development Lead Programme
Summary
If you have existing experience as a leader of professional development and wish to develop further in this role, this programme is for you. Your prior experience could be within your own setting/organisation or more widely, including work with your local hub. Experience and an ongoing commitment to lead professional development for teachers of maths is an essential requirement for recruitment to the programme.

School Development Lead Programme
Summary
This programme is for teachers leading change in a school or group of schools other than their own and will benefit both those who have previous experience of developing leadership capacity in schools/groups of schools or those who are new to the role. An ongoing commitment to lead maths school development in a school or group of schools other than your own is an essential requirement for recruitment to the programme.

Secondary Maths MAT Lead Programme
Summary
The project supports those who lead maths across multiple schools within a MAT to enable them to better understand and develop effective maths pedagogy approaches across those schools. Participants will also develop their role as a leader of system change, curriculum change, and teacher professional development.

Further Education Mastery Specialist Programme
Summary
The programme is aimed at those who teach GCSE Mathematics resit and/or Functional Skills Qualifications (FSQs). Further Education establishments may nominate ‘lead teachers’ to take part in this important two-year professional development programme. Establishments nominating teachers for this role would be committed to the development of teaching for mastery in the lead teacher’s classroom and, in the second year, enabling collaborative development across the maths department/faculty.
